Weather cancellation
If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather, maritime conditions or safety reasons, the customer may be offered a date change or a full refund.
Customer cancellation more than 48 hours before the activity
If the customer cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity, the cancellation may be made without penalty and with a full refund.
Customer cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity
If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity, or does not attend the activity, the booking may be considered non-refundable.
Date changes
Date changes may be possible when requested in advance and subject to availability.
